We will only accept returns if reported within 5 days of receipt of the item. Any damaged goods received must be photographed and e-mailed to wiccanwood@yahoo.co.uk. We will then hope to resolve the issue by either replacing the item if in stock or by refund of sale amount(we do not refund postage if goods need to be returned) Many thanks
